Lost on the Range

"Lost on the Range" is a piece of art for sale featuring portrait photography shot in Los Angeles. It was created using a collage-style layering technique of paper, acrylic paint, and written word on stretched canvas. 

"This subject's eyes alone tell so many stories, almost as if you can see straight into his soul. When I met him to do this shoot, we hung out, had a few drinks at his favorite bar and just shot on the patio to make it feel as natural as possible. When I am shooting, I don’t really think about what the art will look like. My main goal is to get an image that captures who he is as a person. Once I have that, then I let the art form from the image."

This is a hand-signed piece with a certificate of authenticity. A percentage of profits will go to the iiilibervive foundation that help support local + faire trade designers and artisans.
